A new study found that there are lots of benefits of going alcohol free for just one month. Just four weeks without booze can help reduce your blood pressure and risk of cancer and could help you lose nearly seven pounds. According to the research it will also help you sleep, as well as boost your concentration and liver health.

And the lead author of the study said, "If giving up alcohol for a month was a drug, this drug would be worth billions of dollars.”
