Well this has got to be a first.
Drunk driving charges are being filed against both a husband and wife involved in a one car wreck. Police in Fairfield, Vermont say Courtney Pascoe crashed a car down an embankment the night before last and then Bradley Pascoe tried to move the vehicle. Officers arrived at the scene and say both Pascoes were under the influence and taken into custody. Bradley Pascoe is charged with fourth offense DUI, while his wife is charged with her first DUI.
