New warnings for diet soda drinkers

A new study reveals that drinking just one diet soda a day is linked to increased stroke and dementia risk. Even though drinkers think it's a healthier option because it's calorie and sugar free, that is not the case and sugar-free diet drinks are not necessarily a healthier alternative.
