Actress Sofia Vergara is being sued over her new Netflix Series. Vergara and Netflix are being sued in Miami-Dade court by Griselda Blanco's estate over the upcoming TV show "Griselda."
The lawsuit looks to stop the scheduled January 25th premier. The family is alleging unauthorized use of the family's image and likeness.
"Griselda", with Vergara in the starring role, shows the rise of the infamous cartel leader in the 80s in Miami.
Neither Netflix nor Vergara have responded to the lawsuit.
