TALLAHASSEE -- More reaction from Florida leaders to the incident in Butler, Pennsylvania, apparently an attempt on the life of former President and presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump.
Democratic U.S. Rep. Lois Frankel says she's "horrified" by the incident and that "political violence has no place in this country - period."
Fentrice Driskell, the leader of Florida House Democrats, urges people to "use their voices, not weapons" to deal with disagreements."
Early reports say a suspected shooter and a bystander were killed, and another bystander wounded by gunfire. The Secret Service whisked former President Trump from the scene. Blood was seen above Trump's right ear. A statement from the Secret Service says the former president is "safe" and getting checked out at a medical facility.
